Returns policy

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your order, goods may be returned in the original condition and packaging within three weeks for a full refund (minus postage costs). We do recommend that you obtain proof of postage on any returns, which is available from the Post Office. 

If an item is faulty or damaged please contact us immediately by email to so that we can resolve the issue. We will refund all postage costs should an item be faulty.
